Appointed:
Judge Neil Rafferty KC was appointed as a County Court Judge in September 2016. He had practised at the Bar in Northern Ireland from 1990, taking Silk in 2014. He had been a Deputy District Judge (MC) from 2007. Judge Rafferty was appointed as the County Court Brexit Judge in January 2020 and Tutor Judge with responsibility for Brexit and Criminal Law in March 2020.
