An ‘Early Resolution Court Pilot’ will commence in Laganside Family Care Centre (FCC) on 4 March 2026 for an initial period of 12 months subject to review.
The Early Resolution Court Pilot is a new way of helping families. The aim of the Pilot is to improve outcomes for children by reducing delay, encouraging early agreement, and narrowing issues at the earliest stage through focused judicial case management.

The next Early Resolution Court date is Wednesday 15 April 2026 (papers to be lodged no later than Wednesday 1 April 2026).
