Appointed:
Master Hardstaff was appointed Chancery and Probate Master in September 2014 having been the Deputy Chancery Master between June 2013 and his full time appointment.Master Hardstaff was a practicing solicitor for thirty years and was President of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal for several years,a role he relinquished upon appointment as Master. He has also served on the Law Society 's Solicitors Advocacy Working party for over ten years and has been involved with young Solicitors continuing education for many years. He is an accredited Advocacy trainer having completed his accreditation at New York College of Law.
